It’s the end of the day : the goats have to go in ! Roll up your sleeves and try your hand at milking; the milk is the basis of our cheeses. You will discover the stages of production behind the windows of our cheese dairy until the last stage : tasting.

GAEC du Mas de Belbonne
Marie-Aude and Jérôme have been producing ewe’s milk for 4 generations and fattened ducks for 20 years. They will show you their know-how both in terms of production and animal and environment respect through their breeding methods. Possibility of culinary training course in fattened duck.
Guided tour : From June to August, Thursdays at 10am (reservation required). The rest of the year, by appointment.

La ferme du Devès
Discover life in the henhouse, stroke the pigs, donkeys, draught horse, goat and sheep. At the farm, you can also eat, refresh yourself with a home-made drink or picnic in the shade of the tall beech trees. A real moment of sharing !

Lou Récantou de las Abelhas
Melliferous, medicinal, endemic, protected plants offer their nectars and pollens to pollinating and wild insects. You will observe them, learn how to differentiate them and prepare your oily macerate by the buzzing of the beez.
Guided tour : In July and August, Thursdays from 3pm to 6pm. Reservation required.

Le Berger des Abeilles
Eductional visit around a glass hive on the life of bees and on our way of working to obtain a quality and lively honey, rich in flavour, accompanied by the notion of apitherapy. Tasting of unheated honey with subtle flavours, nougat, gingerbread and cakes low in gluten.
Guided tour : In July and August, every day (except Sundays) from 10:30am to 12pm and from 3:00pm to 6:30pm. Reservation required.
Les chevriers de la tome ronde
Breeding of about sixty alpine goats, at an altitude of 1000 metres, where everything is processed on site. The visit begins with the discovery of the place and the herd, and ends with a cheese tasting.
Guided tour : Only during school holidays, Wednesdays from 4 to 5pm. Reservation required.

La ferme des Goutines
Breeding Limousin cattle as close to nature as possible ! Marie-Hélène and Guy make their own feed for their cows. For deworming, mineral intake, prevention agains disease, they use homeopathic products, thanks to plants through drinking water. In the field, bacteria in the manure and on the plots improve the palatability of the grass.
