Discover how Lacaune ham is made, through modern and original infrastructures : ham drying room, museum, demonstration of ham slicing on the bone by the master curing master. At the end of the visit : free tasting and direct sale.

Self-guided tour : From mid-February to December and during school holidays, Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 11:15am and 2:30pm to 4:45pm (5:30pm in summer).
Guided tour : In July and August, from Monday to Saturday at 10:30am and 3pm.

Charcuterie artisanal Millas

In a privileged universe, at more than 850 metres above sea level, you will discover the history of the Millas delicatessen and go behind the scenes of our maturing dryers. You will finish with a tasting of our products in our delicatessen bar. Also on site : disguises for young and old, as well as a picnic area with barbecue, children’s playground and petanque ground.

Guided tour : In July and August, Fridays at 5:30pm.

Nages

Micro brasserie du Castel

Discovery of an artisanal beer production nearby the church and the towers of the castle of Nages. Baptised Saint-Victor, the name of the patron saint of the village, it comes in blonde, amber, white and even nettle. Tasting and sale on site.

Guided tour : In July and August, Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.
